About us
The Customer Value Finance (CVF) Fund is a specialized financing entity designed for series A and series B startups. We provide non-collateralised financing. We focuse specifically on optimizing customer acquisition spending by treating Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) as capital expenditures (CapEx), rather than operating expenses. The Fund introduces a financial metric called EBITCAC (EBITDA plus CAC), providing clearer visibility into true profitability and growth potential.

What CVF Fund Offers:
/01
Structured CAC Financing
Treats customer acquisition expenses as predictable, asset-like investments, funding them through structured, revenue-based financing separate from equity

/02
Capital Efficiency
Frees up equity capital for essential activities like product development, R&D, and innovation

/03
Long-Term Value Creation
Allows businesses to maintain aggressive growth strategies without being constrained by short-term EBITDA targets, thus driving higher long-term equity value

/04
Enhanced Profit Visibility
Uses EBITCAC, a metric reflecting genuine cash generation capabilities after CAC returns, demonstrating the true growth and profitability profile of a company

Hi, my name is Natalia Sergovantseva. I am a VIP Matchmaker & Concierge, trusted by HNWIs and accomplished professionals worldwide to create meaningful connections through a psychology-driven approach.
dating profile tips
My own journey proved that love has no age limits: I met my husband at 42, relocated to London with my son, and built a family life that inspires the work I do today. ??

Over the years, I have personally helped more than 50 clients find their soulmates — relationships built on trust, respect, and true compatibility.

I understand how challenging it is to find “the one” — a partner who brings true comfort, safety, and joy, and who is genuinely ready for a serious relationship.

Too often, even the most successful people attract the wrong partners — players, narcissists, or those who simply aren’t aligned with their values. That’s why my work goes beyond introductions: I curate each match with precision, combining psychology, intuition, and a global network. ??

? If you’re ready for discreet, personalised matchmaking at the highest level, I invite you to request a private consultation.

A month after Lyle and Erik Menendez were arrested for brutally slaying their parents inside their Beverly Hills home, Dr. Ann Burgess entered the Los Angeles County Jail with a stack of blank paper and a set of colored pencils.

It was April 1990, and the maelstrom around Jose and Kitty Menendez’s double murder – and the brothers’ forthcoming trial – had reached a fever pitch. News articles described the crime scene in gory, painstaking detail. Prosecutors and tabloids portrayed the brothers as greedy, calculated, cold-blooded killers.

Burgess was among the earliest women to work with the FBI and a key member of what was known as the bureau’s Behavioral Science Unit in the late ’70s.

That team has since been dubbed “Mindhunters” because they willingly delve into the darkest parts of the human psyche to better understand what motivates a murderer. What they uncover could make even the most hardened detectives blanch.

And while criminal profiling is not an exact science, it is a method investigators increasingly lean on to identify warning signs of a would-be killer.

CNN spoke to former profilers – all women like Dr. Burgess who worked with the FBI – who have pioneered and practiced ways to connect the dots between evidence and psychology to help solve and prevent crimes.

“You start very slowly,” the now 88-year-old told CNN of her approach with Menendez. “You start with, ‘How far back can you remember?’ … and gradually get up to, ‘When did you first have this idea of what you wanted to do to your parents?’”

Burgess said she spent 50 hours interviewing Menendez and, as she recounts in her latest book, she was later called as an “expert witness” to testify about how Erik and Lyle’s decision to confront their father over what they alleged was years of sexual abuse could have provoked enough fear for them to commit a double murder.

She’s since been accused of profiling Menendez as a way to excuse or justify the brothers’ crimes, but Burgess staunchly rejects that characterization.

“You’ve got to do it for prevention,” she said. “You have to learn something from this.”

That, she says, is the question that drives most criminal profilers: How can we prevent the next murder?

Israel’s attack in Doha was not entirely surprising, given Israel’s vow to eliminate Hamas — but some aspects of it are still shocking.

Here are three main reasons:

Israel claimed credit immediately – in contrast to the last time the Israelis targeted a Hamas leader outside Gaza.
The US and Israel had asked Qatar to host Hamas leaders. Hamas’ location was not a secret. There was an unstated understanding that while Israel could assassinate the leaders, they would not do so, given Qatar’s mediation role.
The strike makes a hostage deal less likely, since any agreement requires negotiating with Hamas leadership in Doha.

What we"re covering
mgmarket6.at
• Israel is facing growing condemnation after it attacked Hamas leadership in the capital of Qatar, a US ally and key mediator in Gaza ceasefire talks — putting hostage negotiations at risk.
mgmarket5.at
• Hamas said the strike killed five members but failed to assassinate the negotiating delegation, the target of the strikes.
• US President Donald Trump has criticized the strike, saying that by the time his administration learned of the attack and told the Qataris, there was little he could do to stop it.

• The attack is the first publicly acknowledged strike on a Gulf state by Israel. Qatar’s prime minister was visibly angry and said his country’s tradition of diplomacy “won’t be deterred.”
